Digital Lockdown

The latest developments in AI arrived faster than anything we have seen before. In just two years, we were exposed to an intensity of technological change that felt almost unnatural. It was as if the entire world was pulled into a digital lockdown, not with closed borders and empty streets, but with an overwhelming flood of new tools, new realities, new rules.

During Covid, life slowed down. The world froze. This time, the opposite happened. Instead of stillness, we were hit by acceleration. Instead of silence, we were drowned in noise. And many of us simply tried to adapt without stopping to ask what was happening to our minds, our habits, our relationships, our sense of self.

Maybe now is the moment to pause.

Not to reject the technology, not to fear it, but to breathe and reflect. To discuss how these new tools are reshaping our days. To understand what we gained, what we lost, and what we do not want to lose. To explore how we want to live alongside something so powerful that it is already changing the rhythm of human thought.

A digital lockdown deserves a mental recovery. And recovery begins with a conversation.
